Support Team
Steve
Steve previously worked as a VisualBasic programmer for a large CD production company. His knowledge in software security and operating systems is unprecedented. In addition to his excellent support capabilities, Steve is also highly proficient in the installation and maintenance of open source Linux distributions such as RedHat, Fedora Core and CentOS.
Chris
Chris has a great deal of experience, gained with several large companies, in the design, configuration and build of computers and servers. He spent more than 9 years as a senior on-site engineer with Evesham Micros, before joining Open Source.
Chris's skills have proved invaluable in the building, configuration and subsequent support of our clients' networks. He has been able to deploy his 'ghosting' skills to great effect, enabling Open Source to be able to deploy and fix client computers and servers at a much faster and less costly rate.
