Online Case Tracking software for the conveyancing industry
Product Overview
OpenHouse is an online case tracking and management system for the conveyancing process. It is designed to integrate with OpenHip and OpenCMS to provide a complete conveyancing solution.
Working as a stand alone Internet based software product, OpenHouse is a fully featured online case management and tracking system, which can be themed into the corporate design of a practice, by our web designers.
OpenHouse contains tools for each of the different stages of the conveyancing process.
Product Features
Estimates
A sophisticated estimating system, which can contain different scales for working with different house prices, or different clients or Estate Agents. The Estimating section can deal with Purchases, Sales or Re mortgages.
Once an estimate has been automatically calculated, it produces a fully detailed estimate letter, which can be emailed or printed and sent to the client. The detail of the estimate is stored in OpenHouse, ready to be utilised when an estimate is accepted.
Upon acceptance, OpenHouse can use the information in the estimate to form a new case or matter. At this stage a letter to the client can be generated to send access details to the client, to allow them to access their particular case, online.
Progress
OpenHouse can be set up with a range of milestones, for example, HIP Completed, Contracts Exchanged, Mortgage Offer Confirmed or other events within the conveyancing transaction. When these milestones are reached, an email or SMS Text message is automatically triggered and sent to all or any of the parties involved.
Notes
A Notes section, allows for the exchange of information between the parties involved in the transaction, for example the Client, Solicitor and Estate Agent. When a note is added, an email can be automatically generated to all or any of the parties involved. Proper usage of the Notes section can provide an excellent online case management facility.
HIPs
OpenHouse can automatically pass a HIP instruction to OpenHip, or any other HIP generation package. Once the HIP has been completed, it can be automatically transmitted back in to OpenHouse, for the conveyancing process to continue.
Integration
OpenHouse has been designed with integration in mind. It can produce export files in xml or other formats to integrate with practice based case management systems. Our engineers can help with the integration of OpenHouse with other products.
