Product Overview
OpenCertification takes the very complex process of managing workforce and staff qualifications and makes it very simple. With the increasing penalties facing Directors for non compliance with Health and Safety and other regulations OpenCertification provides a simple mechanism for ensuring that workforce qualifications are kept current.
Product Features
Initially all staff and existing qualifications are loaded into the system - this can be done by manual entry or via the import program. The system is already configured with over 100 different qualifications, including the wide range of CPCS Red and Blue certificates, GNVQ and other awards. It is then a simple process to add a certificate to a user or group of users. A range of editing facilities provide simple maintenance for the certificate and user management sections.
The reporting section provides the facility to report on impending deadlines for renewal by specifying a time period, to detail current holders of a particular certificate and to print Cvs detailing qualifications held by individuals or groups. Further sections within the program allow for the recording of the issuing of clothing and other equipment to the workforce.
The program is internet based and can be made available to all users, including those remote from the offices or can be confined to Head Office use.
