During the 10 years that OSSC has been in operation, we have had many requests from companies who are not part of our family of clients that have required our expertise. In most cases this has been emergency situations such as loss of internet connection, server problems or data loss etc.
The GoldCard Service has been introduced to resolve the problems that we have found in providing emergency support to businesses. It provides massive benefits for both OSSC and for client members of the Service.
Membership of the GoldCard Service allows a business access to trained IT personnel, when they need it without having the contractual obligations of an expensive long-term support contract, or the excessive emergency call out fees of some organisations. Client members can also budget for their IT expenditure, even allowing for unseen emergencies.
The GoldCard Service enables OSSC to ensure that they have sufficient, trained personnel available to be able to respond to the needs of their GoldCard client members.
How the system works
Clients register with OSSC on the GoldCard Service and purchase a number of units, at the time of registration. The units can then be used as and when required, during normal office hours. Small business can register and buy five units for as little as £315.00, whilst larger organizations can achieve discounted prices by buying larger numbers of units.

Downloading the Brochure
The following steps should be carried out should you wish to download the brochure to view at a later date.
